Literacy Planet

Literacy Planet is an online English Literacy resource offering 11,000+ interactive exercises, activities and games which incorporates the key areas of literacy – Pre-Reading, Phonics, Sight Words, Reading, Spelling, Comprehension and Grammar. Differentiated learning is available by assigning individual tasks to students. Literacy Planet has been developed to engage students by using game and social mechanics which motivates learning and rewards participation.

Getting started

1. Click on Literacy Planet link above
2. Click New Users: Sign up
3. Enter the details at left. Library is Casey Cardinia Library and library card number is the number printed under your library barcode.
4. Once complete, click Next.  You will be registered and your login information displayed and emailed to you.
5. Login and start having fun learning!

Note: The tablet app is more a companion to the desktop site. It has many but not all the features of the desktop.
