What you need to know about Click and Collect:
Collect your Holds from the library, contact free:
Simply place your holds via our catalogue or app and once you have been notified that your hold is available (via text or email), bring your library card to the library to collect (Monday to Friday, 10am – 4pm).
Order then “Click and Collect” Binge Bags, contact free:
To “Click and Collect” your Binge Bag, simply place your order for a Binge Bag (and holds if you have those as well) by logging into your account on our website and follow the prompts. You will get a notification via email or text when your order is ready to collect. Don’t come to the library to collect your order until you get this notification, if you are unsure, please check our FAQ guide or call Customer Care on 1800 577 548 (Monday to Friday, 10am – 4pm).
Click and Collect Printing
We also offer Click and Collect printing, where you can print something and collect it from one of our libraries. Find out more by clicking here.

Log in to your account on this website and ask for a “Binge Bag” and our friendly staff will pick a collection of items on your behalf, based on your interests.
Call Customer Care on 1800 577 548 (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 10am -4pm) and they can place your order.
