It’s truly awesome to watch a seed grow but usually all of this happens beneath the ground. Join us as we get to observe Mother Nature up close in an experiment to take home as well as planting seeds ready for our community garden.

A worm farm, or as we have here in Pakenham, a Worm Cafe, is a great way to recycle food and garden scraps. Come in and learn how to create your own so you can soon be producing nutrient rich food that will make your garden grow!
Plant Your Lunch Box

Ever wanted to know where your food comes from? Come along for a hands on experience as we plant all the great ingredients to make a yummy lunchbox.
Boutique Bee and Bug Hotels

Come along and create a native bee hotel with the mostest. Using recycled materials and bits and bobs you will create a residence any bug will love to claim as his own.
Fairy Tale Planting Party

Come into the library and help us plant up our Fairy Tale Garden. With inspiration from the Secret Garden, Jack and the Beanstalk as well as Mr McGregor’s garden much loved by Peter Rabbit, this will be a chance to help create something magical.
Dingle Dangle Scarecrows
