Emerald Team Leader (Maternity Leave Backfill)

Classification – Band 5, 21 hours per week, job share
Limited Contract: 28th March 2022 to 30th June 2023
Salary: $75,082.39 pro rata + super

As part of the regional Leadership Team, you will ensure that CCL provides outstanding visitor experiences and build capacity in our communities. You will manage the collections, adult programs, services and facilities at Emerald Library and foster community partnerships with local organisations.

You will work closely with the adjacent Emerald Hills Hub and other partners to activate the precinct.

This is a backfill (contract) part-time position at a Band 5 level (21 hours per week). It includes one evening shift per week, one Saturday shift in four weeks and one Sunday shift in eight weeks.   The contract will run from Monday 28th March to Friday 30th June 2023, with the possibility of extension. Secondments will be considered.

  • The ability to foster partnerships with external organisations that extend the profile, brand and service reach for CCL beyond the four walls of the branch
