You can now Reset your library card PIN via the catalogue.
On the main page of the catalogue, under Help, click on Reset my PIN.
You will be asked to key in your library card number. (with an A in front of the number).
An email will be sent to the email address on your library membership. (if you don't have a current email address on your library card, please contact your library)
Please read the instructions carefully, then click the link in the email, which takes you to a webpage where you can enter and then confirm your new PIN. The new PIN is immediately valid and you can log in to your library card straight away!
No need to stress about keeping PIN's straight, if you forget, you can reset.
Please note: if you do not receive the reset email within a few minutes, please check that it has not gone to your Junk folder. Alternatively, you may need to contact your local library or email us to ensure we have your correct contact details.
