Email and SMS Notifications sent in ERROR Friday night

Overnight on Friday, a number of library users were sent Email or SMS notifications for items they had already returned, renewed or collected.

This was done in ERROR.

Our library system vendor did a refresh on our Test System and due to a technical error, this system, working off old data, was responsible for the problem notices.

Our live system is up-to-date and correct.

If you have any concerns about notifications you may have received, please log in to your library card online or contact your local library, to confirm the current status of your library account.
