Gentle Chair yoga - Cranbourne

Meg James presents this one-jour workshop for seniors who want to learn how tot ake care of their minds and bodies with the practices of yoga and meditation. The session includes a gentle form of yoga practised while sitting on a chair, designed to increase blood circulation and improve posture, muscle and bone health, flexibility and mobility, followed by a mainstream meditation practice for relaxation.

No preivous yoga or meditation experience required.
