UPDATE 7/11/16: We are still working on this issue - unfortunately it is taking much longer than we hoped. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
We are experiencing issues with scanning to email on our photocopiers.
Whilst we work through this problem with our vendors, you can still scan to USB on the photocopier and then, using a library PC, add the attachment and then email it.
We are working on a solution as quickly as we can and will update here when this service has been restored.
