Joining

Membership is FREE and open to everyone, no matter where you live, work or study. You can join any library service, just:

   1. come to any library branch within Casey-Cardinia Library Service
   2. complete the membership form (pdf) either in the library or beforehand and
   3. present some identification showing name and current address, such as driver's licence, pension card, utilities bill, rates notice, bank statement.

A parent or guarantor is required to complete, present identification and sign the membership application, agreeing to all conditions of use, for any members under 18 years of age.

Organisational Membership (formerly called Institutional Membership) is available to organisations such as pre-schools, primary or secondary schools, child-care centres. Conditions vary slightly from individual memberships. See form for details.

Borrowing

 With your library card you can borrow :

4 week loan

    *      Books (unlimited)
    *      Talking books (unlimited)
    *      CD ROMS (unlimited)

2 week loan

    *      15 Music CDs
    *      15 videos
    *      5 DVDs
    *      Magazines (unlimited)

Returning material

You can borrow or return material at any of the Casey-Cardinia Library Corporation service points. We also have after hours return chutes at each library entrance so that you can return material at your leisure.
