To renew items or place holds, go to the catalogue and login to My Account.
Is an item you want on loan or maybe at another library? Reserve it with staff or place a hold online and we'll let you know by email, SMS or post, when its ready to collect.
What if its not in our catalogue yet? Maybe we can purchase it or borrow it from another library service! Usually no fee applies, but some libraries will charge us, so we'll check with you first if a fee will apply to your reservation.
You can search other library catalogues and place inter-library loan requests through Library Link Victoria (LLV). LLV allows you to request titles from nearly all public libraries in Victoria, and from some university and special libraries. Charges and special conditions may apply.
You can also request the library purchase a recent title for the collection. If the item is purchased a hold will be placed on the item for you. Request to purchase can be made with your Casey-Cardinia library card number and PIN through Library Link Victoria (LLV).
Need it a bit longer? Renew your loan via staff, online or using the Kiosk in your local library, for one additional period, unless an item is reserved or more than 1 week overdue.
