IRIS is the Casey-Cardinia Library Corporation's Interactive Reference and Information Service, an email based information service.

Where our answer is quick or available in electronic format, we are able to answer by email. 

For more in depth requests that require the use of hard copy resources, you may need to come in to the library to collect information. Print outs and photocopies made to fulfill a request are charged at 20 cents per page.
