New Catalogue - some teething problems
Our new catalogue interface has launched this morning, but not without some minor issues. We are working with our library system provider to resolve them and hopefully will have most of them fixed by this time tomorrow.
Problems we have noted include:
- When placing holds, the pickup branch list is missing Hampton Park, Narre Warren, Pakenham and Cardinia Mobile. This will be resolved as a priority, so should be fixed shortly. **UPDATE** - this has now been fixed!
- Library Info links are going to the wrong place - this will be corrected by tomorrow morning **UPDATE** - this has now been fixed!
- Some of the label names on the menus are not as we have previously stated - this will also be corrected by tomorrow morning **UPDATE** - this has now been fixed!
- If using the Opera browser, you can login in, but not view the details under Review my Account. We have reported this issue, but have no timeline on when it will be fixed.
- Under Holds - the author is no longer showing against titles on hold. We have reported this issue, but have no timeline on when it will be fixed. **UPDATE** - this has now been fixed!
- Also under holds, the Position in Queue is no longer showing. This has been removed because of the complexities of being in a consortia. It was not giving a true indication and often gave a contradictory indication of where your hold was in the queue. **UPDATE** - this has now been fixed!

Logging into my account
Get an error "the URL is not valid and can not be loaded" when I put my user ID in and PIN to access my account. I am using Firefox 3.5.3
Catalogue is offline
It's 7.36pm on Sat 17th Oct. Can not access catalogue or my account to renew items. Lisa (from Cran library)
