We recently received the certificate shown below, commemorating the 80 millionth transaction in the Swift Consortium.

Those 80 million transactions were undertaken by the fourteen library services across Victoria which make up the Swift Consortium.  Those 80 million transactions comprise just the loans and renewals in the past 2 1/2 years since the Consortium began.

This comes just in turn to also celebrate the news that a 16th Library service is joining us. Mitchell Libraries, which has branches in Seymour, Wallan, Kilmore, Broadford and Romsey.  With the addition of this new library to our Consortium, you - our library users will have access to even more great titles through our catalogue.  So feel free to place a free hold!

So congratulations to us all on the great achievement of 80 million transactions.
