Lionel Mussell and his wife started caravanning in the UK more than 50 years ago and since emigrating to Australian in 1958, their love of caravanning has seen them tour every Australian state, including 'The Big Trip' - the round-Australia journey.
Lionel is a freelance travel writer and has a monthly column called 'On the Wallaby' in Caravan World magazine. He is the author of three caravanning and RV books, plus an autobiography Living With Murphy, a humorous chronicle of 'what can go wrong will go wrong'. Lionel is also Board Chairman of the Australian Caravan Club and co-editor of the club's magazine, The Nomad.
